- Where is your company based ?
WRISTIT GmbH is located in Switzerland, we manage everything
from Switzerland. However, we have decided to focus on the
US market with this website.
- From where is WRISTIT GmbH getting the watches from
?
We get the ELYSEE watches from Düsseldorf, Germany. This
company exists since 1960 and they have been making watches
since then. We buy them directly from them.
- What happens if my watch breaks down ?
You will have to fill in the contact form and explain your
problem, we will answer you very shortly and basically all
you will have to do then will be to send the watch to the
address we will give you.
- the US Customs charge me for importing the watch ?
Yes, the US Customs might charge you a 3.1% import tax on
the watch.
- What happens if the watch does not get delivered ?
As a matter a fact, for both yours and our security, we send
all our swatches using the Swiss post office, they will show
a proof of delivery to us, so that we know when the watch
has arrived at the final destination. We will make sure watches
arrive to final destinations and if not we will send you another
watch at no extra cost to you.
- Can I return my watch if I do not like it ?
We have a 14 days return policy. If, for any reasons, you
are not pleased with the watch you purchased, you have 14
days (after receiving it) to return it. All watches
must be returned in their original display box and sent back
to us using a protective carton. We also suggest that you
insure the package and that you take the option to require
a signature confirmation for delivery. We will not be responsible
if the package is lost or comes back to us damaged, which
is why we recommend that you take a minimum of security. Note
that because the shipping and handling costs are already included
in the price, we will take $45 of your reimbursement. Please

to send your watch to.
- Do you sell women’s watches ?
Yes we have two models of automatic women’s watches.
- I go underwater with my watch ?
These watches are shower proof, but not water proof, that
is why they are labelled water resistant. And also, leather
does not support water well.
